During a typical winter, 300-400 coats and warm clothing items are distributed to children across Cabarrus County. Help partner with the Cabarrus Partnership for Children to keep children in Cabarrus County warm and healthy during the winter months.
19th Annual Cuddle Up Coat Drive (Nov 2025–Jan 2026)
The Cabarrus Partnership for Children will be collecting coats and winter clothing beginning November 1, 2025.
Donations Accepted Include:
- NEW or GENTLY USED and CLEAN coats
- Mittens/Gloves
- Hats
- NEW Socks
- NEW underwear
Most needed coat sizes are 5-10.
We also accept monetary donations to purchase coats and other needed items from the list above. Donations can be made by:

Join us at Cabarrus Brewing Co. (CBC) for a coat drive collection event. During the event, our staff will be collecting your children’s coat drive donations and sharing information about our programs for children in Cabarrus County.
Bring your donations and grab a pint in support of Cabarrus Partnership for Children.
CBC donates $1 per pint sold in the Taproom during the collection event to purchase coats for the Cuddle Up Coat Drive!
