    CHA is a public health agency offering numerous programs and services, including pediatric clinical services, immunizations, family support, dental care, and the Women, Infants, & Children program (WIC).

    The SUN Project: A Collaborative Network of Care for Mother’s in SUD

    Cabarrus County Partnership for Children has a unique collaboration with the SUN Project, which facilitates the collaboration between the SUN clinic, RISE Clinic, and other partners in the community for comprehensive client care coordination for substance use disorder. This systems-level work builds partnerships to ensure patients receive non-stigmatizing, traumatic, trauma-informed care and compassion, not just in the clinic, but also in the community.
