KCS Rises
Mark your calendars for Thursday, February 5th and join us for our KCS Rises event. During this event we invite students and families to learn more about what the next grade provides for them. At this event, families can also learn about our magnet programs at the elementary level, school choice, and engage with community partners. Hot dogs, chips and drinks will be provided for attendees and bus transportation will be provided with pick-ups in central locations around the community (RSVP required by January 20th for bus transportation).
Elementary rising up night (for rising kindergarten through fifth graders) will be held at G. W. Carver Elementary (525 Milton L Taylor St, Kannapolis) from 5:00pm-7:30pm, rising up night for middle school students will be held for rising 6th graders at Kannapolis Middle School 6 ( 1445 Oakwood Ave, Kannapolis) and for rising 7th and 8th graders at Kannapolis Middle School 7-8 (1000 Virginia Dare St, Kannapolis) from 4:30pm-6:00pm and rising up night for high school students will be held at A. L. Brown High School ( 415 Martin Luther King Jr Ave, Kannapolis) from 6:00-7:30pm.

Marque su calendario para el jueves 5 de febrero y acompáñenos en nuestro evento KCS Rises. Durante este evento, invitamos a los estudiantes y a sus familias a conocer más sobre lo que ofrece el siguiente grado. En este evento, las familias también podrán informarse sobre nuestros programas magnet a nivel elemental, las opciones de elección de escuela y conectarse con socios comunitarios. Se ofrecerán hot dogs, papas fritas y bebidas para los asistentes, y habrá transporte en autobús con puntos de recogida en ubicaciones centrales de la comunidad (RSVP requerido antes del 20 de enero para el transporte en autobús).
La Noche de Ascenso de primaria (para estudiantes que subirán a kínder hasta quinto grado) se llevará a cabo en G. W. Carver Elementary (525 Milton L Taylor St, Kannapolis) de 5:00 p. m. a 7:30 p. m.
La Noche de Ascenso de secundaria se realizará para estudiantes que subirán a 6.º grado en Kannapolis Middle School 6 (1445 Oakwood Ave, Kannapolis) y para estudiantes que subirán a 7.º y 8.º grado en Kannapolis Middle School 7–8 (1000 Virginia Dare St, Kannapolis), de 4:30 p. m. a 6:00 p. m.
La Noche de Ascenso de preparatoria se llevará a cabo en A. L. Brown High School (415 Martin Luther King Jr Ave, Kannapolis) de 6:00 p. m. a 7:30 p. m.
