Mary Frances Wall Center to Offer Free Pre-K Summer Camp

The Mary Frances Wall Center in Concord is offering a free summer camp for pre-k students of Cabarrus County residents and essential workers. Students must be the age of 3 or 4 years old on or before the start of the summer program on June 7, 2021.

For Pre-K students of Cabarrus County residents and essential workers.

  • Space is limited, so applicants will be chosen according to a weighted rubric which aligns with our grant initiative.
  • Student(s) must be the age of 3 or 4 years old on or before the start of the summer program date (June 7, 2021).
  • Student(s) must live with a parent/guardian in a Title I Attendance Zone (AT Allen, Beverly Hills, Carl A Furr, Coltrane Webb, Concord Middle School, Rocky River, Royal Oaks, Weddington Hills, Winecoff, WM Irvin or Wolf Meadow).
  • Student(s) must live with a parent/guardian of an essential worker (as defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention).

Summer Program Dates and Times:

  • Monday-Thursday (No Fridays) | 7:30am-3:30pm
  • *Week of June 7, 14, 21, 28; July 12, 19*
    *Summer Camp will not be open the week of July 5th
